Shipping

We can ship any day of the week. Saturday deliveries will be an extra charge. We use a 16x12x8 box and can fit up to 14 frags, 6 small colonies, or up to 14 LPS clams or zoos, depending on the size. We ship via FEDEX priority overnight guaranteed by 10:30 the next day. We accept payment through Pay-Pal (method preferred) @ sales@coralfanatics.com

All orders will be shipped after 10 days from starting an order. This means we will only hold your corals for 10 days maximum. You can have your order shipped any day after starting an order, but no longer than 10 days. At the 10 day period we will send an e-mail notification and your order will be shipped.

2-Day Shipping

For zoanthid orders, 2 day shipping is available at a much lower rate. -$25- We only guarantee livestock on overnight Fedex orders. We have shipped many two day with great success. Coral Fanatics only guarantees arrive alive on the overnight shipments. Choosing two day is at the risk of the buyer, regardless of DOA or delayed shipment times of any length. Once it leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the order.
We guarantee our products to arrive alive and in good shape. In the unlikely event that they are not, WE REQUIRE AN E-MAIL UPON ARRIVAL.. (12:00) the day of arrival. We will ask for a digital photo or to send back the DOA specimen and we will credit your account with us. We will not cover shipping charges and shipping charges will not be credited to your account. There is no guarantee on any international shipments. If there are any questions about you order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to get back with you as soon as possible. Orders over $500, that have been delayed by fed-ex over a day, have no guarantee due to fed-ex policy not insuring live coral.

International Orders
There is no gaurantee on international orders. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. We have no recourse action with fed-ex on lost or delayed shipments of live coral.
